Terrorists committing inhumane acts have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the residential areas, including towns, wards, and villages.
Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 24 May 2025 at 10:10 AM, a so-called PDF terrorist group launched an attack on Sone Village in Myingyan Township of Mandalay Region, using improvised mortars and dropping bombs by drones. The shells and bombs exploded within the village area. As a result, Daw Mar Htay (37 years old), a resident of the village, sustained shrapnel injuries from the blasts. The injured individual is currently receiving medical treatment in the village, it is reported.
Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent people have been injured. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
