Innocent Civilians Brutally Killed by So-called PDF Terrorists for no Reason

In some townships across States and Regions, armed terrorists motivated by a radical ideology that views ‘anyone with differing views is an enemy’ are conducting violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets are civil servants, administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts. Using firearms and knives, these terrorists are committing brutal assassinations after accusing them of “spies, informants or decoys”. This strategy is intended to instil fear among peaceable civilians and create a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 15 June, 2024 at 11:30 AM, security personnel received a report stating that two males were shot dead in Kone Char village, Salin Township of Magway Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the scene for further investigation, they discovered that while U Aung Ko San (42 years old) and U Chit Htway (43 years old) were at their respective houses, around 50 so-called PDF terrorists arrived and opened fire on them on 12 June, at 4:00 AM. The victims were killed on the spot with gunshot injuries.
Similarly, on 16 June, at 6:30 AM, security personnel received a report stating that a dead body of a woman with injuries was found on the side of dart road connecting Zee Pin Kan village and Ingyin Thay Taw village in Thaungtha Township of Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived there for further investigation, they discovered that the victim was identified as Daw Hla Hla Htay (43 years old). On 14 June, at 9:00 AM, when the victim was going to Ingyin Thay Taw village alone by a motorbike and arrived on the dart road to Ingyin Thay Taw village, a terrorist group (under scrutiny) brutally stabbed her and took her motorbike and mobile phone. As a result, she was killed with serious injuries.
Security personnel are persistently taking necessary measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the deaths of innocent civilians in the cases mentioned above, it is reported.
