Innocent Civilians Injured in Drone Bomb Attack on Ward by terrorists

     Terrorists committing terrorist activities have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the public towns, wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 13 December 2024 at 3:45 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group conducted a drone attack by dropping bombs on No.2 Ward in Kalewa Township of Sagaing Region. The explosions occurred within the ward, causing shrapnel injuries to U Moe Zaw (53 years old), Ma Eaint Mhu Tha Khin (17 years old), both residents of the ward. The injured individuals were transported to the Kalewa Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians are injured. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
