Innocent Civilians Injured in Heavy Weapon Attack into Village by terrorists

     Terrorists committing terrorist activities have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the public towns, wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 12 December 2024 at 9:30 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group fired heavy weapons into San Phal Village, Shwegyin Township of Bago Region. The explosions occurred within the village, causing shrapnel injuries to U Khin Win (46 years old), his son, Mg Aung Khant Kyaw (14 years old) and Daw San Mu (47 years old), all residents of the village, it is reported.
     Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians are injured. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
