Innocent Civilians Killed and Injured in Drone Bomb and Heavy Weapon Attacks on Villages by terrorists

     Terrorists committing terrorist activities have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the public towns, wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 15 December 2024 at 11:30 AM, a group of KNU members who support terrorism, along with so-called PDF terrorists, fired heavy weapons into Chay Taw Yar Village in Shwegyin Township of Bago Region. The explosions occurred within the village, causing shrapnel injuries to Ko Kyaw Win Naing (27 years old), a resident of the village. The injured individual was transported to the Shwegyin Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 1:30 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group conducted a drone attack by dropping bombs on Sin Lu Village in Pwintphyu Township of Magway Region. The explosions occurred within the village, causing shrapnel injuries to Ma Hnin Pwint Phyu (11 years old), a resident of the village. The injured individual is currently receiving first-aid treatment in the village, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 5:40 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group conducted a drone attack by dropping bombs on Kan Ni Village in Myaing Township of Magway Region. The explosions occurred within the village, resulting in the death of U Khine Soe (43 years old), a resident of the village. Additionally, U Zaw Tun (30 years old), Mg Aung Zay Tun (14 years old), Ma Su Htet Htet Kyaw (seven years old), Daw Aye Chaw (36 years old) and Ma Eakari Kyaw (one years old), all residents of the village, sustained shrapnel injuries.The injured individuals are currently receiving medical treatment at a clinic in the village, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 7:30 PM, a so-called PDF terrorist group fired heavy weapons into Ka Dan Village in Salin Township of Magway Region. The explosions occurred within the village, resulting in the death of Ko Myo San (27 years old), a resident of the village. Additionally, Ma Thida (25 years old), Ma Hla Myo Nwe (18 years old), Ma Moe Moe Kyi (16 years old) and Ma Ei Hnin Phyu (eight years old), all residents of the village, sustained shrapnel injuries. The injured individuals were transported to the Sin Phyu Kyun Station Hospital in Salin Township for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians are injured. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
