Innocent civilians were killed by armed insurgent groups supporting terrorism, and so-called PDF terrorists

In some townships across States and Regions, armed terrorists driven by a radicalized ideology that considers 'Anyone with differing views is an enemy' are carrying out violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets include administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not endorse their terrorist activities. Using firearms and knives, they accuse these individuals of being 'spies,' 'informants,' or 'decoys' to instill fear among peace-seeking civilians, causing a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 16 March at 2:30 PM, a report state that a man with gunshot injuries arrived at Pyinoolwin District Public Hospital in Pyinoolwin Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that on 14 March at 8:00 PM, U Sein Tun (45 years old), who lives in Taungtalone Village in Naungcho Township, Northern Shan State, was returning home alone on his motorcycle from Kyuntie Village. As he was traveling between Ngarpin Village and Chaunggyi Village, a group of armed insurgents, who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists opened fire on him. As a result, U Sein Tun sustained gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Security personnel are persistently undertaking essential measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for killing and assassination of an innocent civilian in the abovementioned case. These acts stem from a radicalized ideology that deems anyone holding differing views as an enemy, it is reported.
