Innocent civilians were killed by so-called PDF terrorists

In some townships across States and Regions, armed terrorists driven by a radicalized ideology that considers 'Anyone with differing views is an enemy' are carrying out violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets include civil services, administrative officials and innocent civilians who do not endorse their terrorist activities. Using firearms and knives, they accuse these individuals of being 'spies,' 'informants,' or 'decoys' to instill fear among peace-seeking civilians, causing a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 26 March at 3:00 PM, a report stated that a man was killed by gunfire in No. (8) Ward, Minhla Township, Bago Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that U Myo Myint Aung (45 years old), chairman of the People’s Pioneer Party in Minhla Township, who lived in the ward, was in his shop house when two so-called PDF terrorists arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Myo Myint Aung died from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Similarly, at 9:10 PM, U Sein Myint Aung (54 years old), who lived in Sinmyuaung Village, Sinpaungwe Township, Magway Region, was in his shop house when six so-called PDF terrorists arrived on three motorcycles and opened fire on him before fleeing. As a result, U Sein Myint Aung died from gunshot injuries, it is reported.
Security personnel are persistently undertaking essential measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for killings and assassinations of innocent civilians in the abovementioned cases, it is reported.
