Innocent Civillians Recklessly Assassinated by Terrorists

     In some townships across States and Regions, terrorists motivated by a radical ideology that views “anyone with differing views is an enemy” are conducting violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets are innocent civillians who do not support their terrorist acts. Using firearms and knives, these terrorists are committing brutal assassinations after accusing them of “spies, informants or decoys”. This strategy is intended to instill fear among peaceable civillians and create a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 23 November 2024 at 11:35 AM,   a report stated that a man was shot dead near Kyun Kone Village in Gyobingauk Township of Bago Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the scene for further investigation, it was discovered that the victim was U Tun Min Soe (30 years old), a resident of Sat Taine Kone Village in Gyobingauk Township. The investigation revealed that while the victim was travelling from his village to Kyun Kone Village, two so-called PDF terrorists arriving by a motorcycle and opened fire on him near Kyun Kone Village. As a result, the victim died on the spot, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 2:00 PM, a report stated that a man was shot dead in Nan De Village, Taungtha Township of Mandalay Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the scene for further investigation, it was discovered that the victim was U Sein Than Htay  (53 years old), a resident of the village. The investigation revealed that while the victim was in his house, two so-called PDF terrorists arriving by a motorcycle and opened fire on him. As a result, the victim died on the spot. Additionally, the terrorists took a mobile phone, a CANDA 125 motorcycle from the victim’s house, it is reported.
     Security personnel are persistently taking necessary measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the killings and assassinations of innocent civilians in the aforementioned cases, it is reported.
