Terrorists carried out inhumane acts using explosive devices by capitalizing on unguarded moments of security personnel

In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 21 June 2024, at 8:20 AM, security personnel received a report of an explosion near Pha Aune Su Village in Deik-U Township, Bago Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the scene for further investigation, it was discovered that U Naing Win (53 years old) (a Village Administrator), U Chit Lin (39 years old), U Myo Min Tun (36 years old) and U Yan Lin Aung (31 years old) all residents of Than Tada Village, Nyaunglebin Township, were travelling in a FORD RANGER vehicle (License No. MDY-14 5Q/xxxx) from Than Tada Village to Deik-U Town along the Deik-U–Hnin Weik- Than Tada Road. When they arrived at the Ludu Myintta Bridge (locally known as such) near Pha Aune Su Village, an explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded. As a result, U Naing Win sustained injuries from shrapnel and was transported to Deik-U Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
