Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 13 November 2024, at 12:00 PM, a report stated that an explosion occurred in No.4 Ward, Mone Town, Kyaukgyi Township of Bago Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the scene for further investigation, it was discovered that Mg Khat Soe Oo (19 years old) resident of the ward, had stepped on an explosive device planted by a group of KNU members supporting terrorism, along with so-called PDF terrorists while working at a rubber plantation near the ward. Similarly, at 4:00 PM, a report stated that an explosion occurred near Oak Shit Kan Village in Shwebo Township of Sagaing Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the scene for further investigation, it was discovered that Ko Pyae Phyo Kyaw (26 years old), a resident of No.1 Ward in Shwebo Town, had stepped on an explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group while herding cows near the village. The device exploded, causing him to sustain shrapnel injuries. He was subsequently transported to Shwebo District Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents to take effective action in accordance with the law.
