Terrorists carried out inhumane acts using explosive devices by capitalizing on unguarded moments of security personnel

     In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.
    Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 27 January at 10:00 AM, Daw Mu Mu (40 years old), who lived in Thatkalkyin Village of Seikphyu Township, Magway Region, was gathering grass to feed cows in a field alongside the Pathein-Monywa road, approximately one mile northeast of the village. An improvised mine, planted by so-called PDF terrorists, exploded. As a result, Daw Mu Mu sustained injuries across her entire body from the mine shrapnel. Currently, she is under medical treatment at Seikphyu Township Public Hospital, it is reported.
    Similarly, at 12:30 PM, Ko Khant Naing Win (20 years old), who lives in No. (2) Ward of Wetlet Town, Sagaing Region, was travelling alone on his motorcycle to Nyaungpingyitaw Village along the Wetlet-Pyungyi Village road. As he neared the Pyungyi Bridge, an improvised mine planted by so-called PDF terrorists, exploded on the right side of the road. As a result, Ko Khant Naing Win sustained injuries to his neck and left leg from the mine shrapnel. Currently, he is under medical treatment in Wetlet Township Public Hospital, it is reported.
    Similarly, at 2:30 PM, a report stated that a male with mine shrapnel injuries arrived at the Township Public Hospital in Kambalu Town. Security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that Ko Moe Win (23 years old), who lives in Ngarthot Village in Kambalu Township, had sustained injuries to his legs from mine shrapnel. The incident was verified that on the same day, at around 1:00 PM, while Ko Moe Win was cutting firewood in the O-zar forest (as it is locally known) near Ngarthot Village. An improvised mine, planted by so-called PDF terrorists, exploded, causing the aforementioned injuries, it is reported.
    Similarly, at 6:55 PM, a report stated that the individuals injured by mine shrapnel had arrived at Mandalay Public Hospital. Security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that U Zaw Min Tun (42 years old), who lives in Shanemakar Village of Wetlet Township, Sagaing Region, sustained injuries to his hands and abdomen from mine shrapnel. Additionally, Daw Aye Win (38 years old), who lives in Innpet Village of Khin-U Township, sustained abdominal injuries from the mine shrapnel. The incidents were verified as follows: on the same day, at around 7:20 AM, U Zaw Min Tun was leaving home alone on his motorcycle to go to his grocery store at the outskirts of the village. As he reached the exist of the village, an improvised mine planted by so-called PDF terrorists, exploded. Similarly, at around 7:30 AM, Daw Aye Win was leaving on her motorcycle for her field located west of Innpet Village. When she reached the west side of the village, another improvised mine planted by so-called PDF terrorists, exploded. As a result of these explosions, they sustained the aforementioned injuries, it is reported.
    It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents in order to be able to take effective action in accordance with the law.
