Terrorists carried out inhumane acts using explosive devices by capitalizing on unguarded moments of security personnel

In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices, and houses.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 9 April at 9:10 AM, a report stated that an explosion occurred in Myothit No. (1) Ward, Chanmyatharzi Township, Mandalay Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. During the investigation, it was found that two so-called PDF terrorists, were riding a motorcycle along 73rd Streets when they threw an explosive device at the “Mingalar Mandalay” pavilion, situated adjacent to 73rd Street and in front of the “Mingalar Mandalay” compound within the ward, before fleeing. The explosion occurred at the southeast corner of the pavilion, damaging the plywood flooring and approximately four inches of the carpet. Additionally, four insulating glass panes at the front of the Insurance Section of KBZ Bank Branch No. (22), located within the “Mingalar Mandalay” compound, were shattered by the blast. Fortunately, there were no injuries to people, it is reported.
