Terrorists carried out terrorist acts using explosive devices by capitalizing on unguarded moments of security personnel

     In order to cause injuries to both peaceable individuals and administrative authorities who are working to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, streets, railways, departmental offices and residential houses.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 8 November at 07:30 AM, according to the report that an explosion occurred in Pakokku Township, Magway Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that Ko Zin Myo Tun (30 years old) and Ko Kyaung Myat Tun (21 years old), who live in Paunglaung Village of Yaesagyo Township, were leaving on a blue 3 Ha/XXXX three-wheeled vehicle from Paunglaung Village to Pakokku Town to sell peas along the Pakokku-Yaesagyo road. When they arrived near a new airfield, a homemade mine planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded. As a result of the explosion, Ko Zin Myo Tun and Ko Kaung Myat Tun sustained injuries from bomb shrapnel and were transported to the Pakokku Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 09:00 AM, according to the report that an explosion occurred in Pazunmyaung Village of Nyaunglebin Township, Bago Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Zaw Lwin (44 years old), who lives in Pazunmyaung Village of Nyaunglebin Township, was leaving home to go to a field located north of Pazunmyaung Village, when he stepped on a mine planted by KNU members who support terrorism and a so-called PDF terrorist group which exploded. As a result of the explosion, U Zaw Lwin sustained mine shrapnel injuries and was transported to the Bago Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Likewise, at 09:45 AM, according to the report that an explosion occurred at the Shwebo District Fire station located in No. (4) Ward of Shwebo Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that two so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) rode a motorcycle within the fire station and threw a homemade bomb at the fire station. The homemade bomb land and exploded near a security outpost. As a result of the explosion, the front windshield of 9R-XXXX SINO TRUCK water carrier truck, which was parked near the incident at that time, was damaged, along with a windshield upstairs in the fire station building. Additionally, deputy staff officer of the Fire Services Department U Pyae Phyo Zaw (30 years old) and Ma Hnin Thandar Win (27 years old), the wife of sergeant Nyein Chan Zaw from the Fire Services Department, sustained bomb shrapnel injuries and were transported to the Shwebo Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Furthermore, at 10:30 AM, according to the report that an explosion occurred in Paykone (south) Village of Khunhla Township, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that Ko Myo Thet Oo (23 years old) who lives in this Village, was working in a field located approximately one furlong east of Paykone (south) Village, when he stepped on a homemade mine planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group which exploded. As a result of the explosion, Ko Myo Thet Oo sustained mine shrapnel injuries and was transported to the Khunhla Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     On the same day at 05:40 PM, U Saw Joeseph (51 years old), who lives in Kawtpyin Village of Kyaukgyi Township, Bago Region, was leaving for a shop within the Village for shopping. When he arrived on the Village Road, a mine planted by KNU members who support terrorism and a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded. As a result of the explosion, U Saw Joeseph was dead from his injuries while being transported to the Mone Circuit Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 11:15 PM, according to the report that an explosion occurred in No. (20) Ward of Taungoo Township, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that a homemade mine had exploded inside a bamboo garbage basket located in front of a home-based shop owned by 100-household elder U Zaw Min Oo (41 years old), who lives in this Ward. As a result of the explosion, four doors and seven zinc roofs of the home-based shop building were damaged, it is reported.
     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the perpetrators of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents in order to be able to take effective action in accordance with the law.
