Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 17 November at 12:15 PM, according to the report that an explosion occurred in Tonetaw Village of Kyaukgyi Township, Bago Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Aung Htay (50 years old), who lives in this Village, was working in a field located approximately three furlongs east of the Village, a mine planted by KNU members who support terrorism and a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded. As a result, U Aung Htay sustained injuries from mine shrapnel to his left eye and cheek and was transported to the Mone Circuit Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
