In order to cause injuries to both peaceable individuals and administrative authorities who are working to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, departmental offices and residential houses.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 24 November at 12:05 PM, a report stated that two males with mine shrapnel injuries had been arrived at Mandalay Public hospital. Security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Nyi Nyi Aung (40 years old), who lives in Zay Cho Ward Paintan area of Amarapura Township and U Naing Lin Htet (30 years old), who lives in Kyauktar Village of Sagaing Township, were found with mine shrapnel injuries to their hands and legs. The incident was verified that on 23 November, when a truck driven by U Nyi Nyi Aung accompanied by U Naing Lin Htet, broke down near Taganan Village of Shwebo Township. Subsequently, while purchasing spare parts for the vehicle in Shwebo Town, they began walking back to the vehicle around 5:30 PM on the same day. At the entrance of Shwebo Town, a homemade mine planted by so-called PDF terrorists exploded on the roadside. As a result, they sustained aforementioned injuries, it is reported.
Similarly, on 24 November at 02:40 PM, two so-called PDF terrorists (under scrutiny) riding a motorcycle, threw a homemade bomb at the Township Union Solidarity and Development Party Office located in Suukone Ward of Kyaukse Town, Mandalay Region, before fleeing. The homemade bomb fell and exploded in front of the office. As a result, there were no injuries to people but two window panes were damaged, it is reported.
Likewise, on 25 November at 05:40 AM, a report stated that a male with mine shrapnel injuries had been arrived at Seikphyu Township Public Hospital. Security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Zaw Myo Aung (31 years old), who lives in Pintalal Village of Seikphyu Township, with mine shrapnel injuries to his chin and chest. The incident was verified that on the night of 24 November, when U Zaw Myo Aung was returning to his village after transporting his wife to the Seikphyu Township Public Hospital for childbirth in a vehicle, while attending to personal needs on the roadside, near the signboard indicating the entrance to Chaungmagyi Village around 10:40 PM, a homemade mine planted by so-called PDF terrorists exploded. As a result, he sustained aforementioned injuries, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the perpetrators of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents in order to be able to take effective action in accordance with the law.
