Terrorists carried out terrorist acts with hand grenade, homemade bomb and mines by taking security personnel by surprise

     In order to cause casualties of peaceable people and administrative authorities who are working for restoring rule of law, extreme terrorists receiving financial assistance are carrying out destructive activities against public roads, streets and departmental offices with homemade bombs and mines.
    Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 20 June at 08:35 AM, according to the report that an explosion occurred and a man was injured between Aungtharyar Village and Pinseinkhin Village of Ye-U Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Tin Hlaing, 47 years old (Father) U Phoe Oo, who lives in Aungtharyar Village, was herding cows in a field owned by U Khin Maung Swe, 61 years old (Father) U Thein Maung Gyi, who also lives in the same Village, when a homemade mine planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group which exploded. As a result, U Tin Hlaing sustained injuries from mine shrapnel and was transported to the Aungtharyar Village Circuit hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 12:20 PM, according to the report that an explosion occurred and a man was injured in Kanbu Village of Myaing Twonship, Magway Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it was found that U Thet Khine Zaw, 41 years old (Father) U Theik Kyaw, who lives in No. (1) Ward in Myaing Town, was travelling on foot to Kanbu Village, when he reached at the entrance of the village a homemade mine planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group which exploded. As a result, U Thet Khine Zaw sustained injuries from mine shrapnel and was transported to the Myaing Township Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Likewise, at 02:00 PM, according to the report, an explosion occurred and a man was injured in Tada-U Village in Kamamaung Town of Pharpon Township, Kayin State. Security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it was found that Ko Saw Aung Naing, 25 years old (Father) U Phoe Thar Htoo, who lives in this Village, was heading to the forest east of his village to gather vegetables, when he stepped on a mine planted by a terrorist insurgent group which exploded. As a result of the explosion, Ko Saw Aung Naing sustained injuries from mine shrapnel and was transported to the Hpa-an District Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 07:30 PM, according to the report an explosion occurred and a woman was injured in Daukyet Village of Bilin Township, Mon State. Security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it was found that Ma Aye Myat Thu, 26 years old (Father) U Khin Htay, who lives in Shwehlay Village of Bilin Township, was returning home from Kyaikkaw Village, when she reached “Lin” old toll gate located on the Yangon-Mawlamying Road, a homemade mine planted by terrorists exploded. As a result of the explosion, Ma Aye Myat Thu sustained injuries from mine shrapnel and was transported to the Yangon Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     Similarly, at 08:05 PM, according to the report that an explosion occurred at the “Golden Hill” hotel located in Lashio Town of Lashio Township, Northern Shan State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that security staff member of this hotel U Kyaw Kyaw, 60 years old (Father) U Awopha, was on duty at the hotel when two male terrorists arrived on a motorcycle. They threw a package containing a homemade bomb into the hotel parking lot before fleeing. Therefore, U Kyaw Kyaw picked up the package and threw it away. The package was landed and exploded on the Bagan Street in front of the hotel. As a result of the explosion, the front left door and left side of a YGN 3J/XXXX Mark II vehicle parked on the roadside were damaged, it is reported.
     Similarly, on 21 June at 08:20 AM, U Maung Nge, 32 years old (Father) U Thein San, who lives in Padaukmying Ward of Kambalu Township, Sagaing Region, was walking from home to his field. When he reached a dirt road located between Boyar dam (1) and (2), a mine planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded on the left side of the road. As a result of the explosion, U Maung Nge sustained injuries from mine shrapnel and was transported to the Khunhla Town Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
      It has been reported that the security forces are investigating the perpetrators of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents in order to be able to take effective action in accordance with laws.
