Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 24 June at 03:00 PM, according to the report that an explosion occurred near Mangyitone Village of Khin-U Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that Daw Khin Yi, 83 years old (Father) U Thar San, who lives in this Village, was leaving to her field located approximately one mile north of Mangyitone Village to gather mangrove trumpet flowers. When she arrived the bullock cart road outside the Village, a homemade mine planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded on the left side of the road. As a result, Daw Khin Yi sustained injuries from mine shrapnel and was transported to the Shwebo District Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
