Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 30 June at 09:00 AM, according to the report that an explosion occurred at the Zeekone Village Junction of Kambalu Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an investigation. According to the investigation, it is found an SGG-4B/xxxx CANTER vehicle, driven by U Myint Khine, 49 years old (Father) U Sein Tun, who lives in No. (4) Ward of Shwebo Township, along with vehicle helper Ko Aung Than Zaw, 22 years old (Father) U Hla Than, who lives in Watetaw Village, was traveling from Malae Village of Kambalu Township to Shwebo Town along the Shwebo-Kambalu Road. Upon reaching the location, they temporary parked the vehicle when a homemade mine planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded on the left side of the road. As a result, U Myint Khine and Ko Aung Than Zaw sustained injuries from the mine shrapnel. They were transported to the Shwebo District Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security forces are investigating the perpetrators of the acts of terrorism from the above incident in order to be able to take effective action in accordance with laws.
