In order to cause casualties of peaceable people and administrative authorities who are working for restoring rule of law, extreme terrorists receiving financial assistance are carrying out destructive activities against public roads, streets and departmental offices with homemade bombs and mines.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 7 July at 10:20 AM, a homemade mine planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded on the right side of the Mandalay- Myintkyinar Road located near Myataung Village in Htigyaint Township, Sagaing Region. As a result, U Win Zaw Oo, 38 years old (Father) U Toe Saung, who lived in Phonekonelay Village, and who was working at the blacksmith’s forge located approximately 50 feet away from the incident, was dead from the mine shrapnel, it is reported.
Likewise, at 05:40 PM, U Kyaw Lwin (aka) U Kyaw Naing Tun, 36 years old (Father) U Aung Kyi, along with U Aung Myo Win (aka) U Than Maun, 30 years old (Father) U Kyi Shwin, who both live in Salgyi Village of Kambalu Township, were leaving to the Inphyar forest located approximately one mile east of Salgyi Village to gather bamboo shoots, when a homemade mine planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded. As a result, they both sustained injuries from mine shrapnel and were transported to the Kambalu Township Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security forces are investigating the perpetrators of the acts of terrorism from the above incident in order to be able to take effective action in accordance with laws.
