In order to cause casualties of peaceable people and administrative authorities who are working for restoring rule of law, extreme terrorists receiving financial assistance are carrying out destructive activities against public roads, streets, railways roads and departmental offices with homemade bombs and mines.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 19 July, five homemade mines planted by so-called PDF terrorists exploded on the roadside between Natluhtatepan Ward signboard and the “Minmahar” teashop alley of Monywa Township in Sagaing Region at 10:30 AM and in front of No. (8) Basic Eductiong High School located at the industry intersection Road in Natluhtatepan Ward at 11:35 AM. As a result, there were no injuries or damage to people or buildings, it is reported.
Similarly, at 03:35 PM, two males (under scrutiny), who were riding on a motorcycle, threw a homemade mine at the Yadanarpon University located in Htantaw area of Taungthaman Village in Amarapura Township, Mandalay Region. The homemade bomb fell and exploded near the brick fence at the entrance of the University. As a result, there were no injuries or damage to people or buildings, it is reported.
Likewise, at 05:10 PM, Ko Min Min Htike (aka) Lamin, 29 years old (Father) U Ngwe Than, who lives in Ywaysu Village of Madaya Township, was leaving on a motorcycle along with his family members to the Madaya Myoma market for shopping. When they arrived at the exit of Latkaunglay Village, a homemade mine planted by so-called PDF terrorists exploded on the right side of the road. As a result, Ko Min Min Htike (aka) Lamin sustained mine sharpnel injuries on his right leg, while his daughter Ma Thanzin Phuu Kyaw, eight years old, sustained mine shrapnel injuries on her right cheek, arms and legs. They were transported to the Madaya Township Public hospital for medical treatment. Unfortunately, at 06:45 PM, Ma Thanzin Phu Kyaw was dead from her injuries during the incident, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security forces are investigating the perpetrators of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents in order to be able to take effective action in accordance with laws.
