Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 29 April at 05:00 PM, according to the report that an explosion occurred near Hokhae Village of Naungcho Township, Northern Shan State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Ba Sein, 28 years old (Father) U San Thein, U Su, 44 years old (Father) U Hla and U Kyar Tun, 46 years old (Father) U Nyunt, who all live in this Village, were leaving to cut sugarcane in a field they had planted. When they arrived at the scene, a mine planted by an insurgent group and a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded. As a result of the explosion, three people including U Ba Sein sustained mine injuries and were transported to the Naungcho Township Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
