In order to cause casualties of peaceable people and administrative authorities who are working for restoring rule of law, extreme terrorists receiving financial assistance are carrying out destructive activities against public roads, streets and departmental offices with homemade bombs and mines.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 5 June at 10:45 AM, according to the report that an explosion occurred in Minkyaung Village of Shwebo Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Aye Min Tun, 37 years old, (Father) U Min Min, who lives in No. (10) Ward of Shwebo Township, along with U Chan Thar, 35 years old, (Father) U Chit Aye and U Win Aung, 45 years old, (Father) U Chat, who both live in Ohmpauk Village, were loading the household relocation items from a non-residential house owned by “Wai Yan Tun” concrete bussiness, located at the poultry farming zone in the village. They were loading the items onto a SGG 3K/ xxxx SKAT vehicle, when a mine planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded under the bed in a bed-room. As a result of the explosion, U Aye Min Tun, U Chan Thar and U Win Aung sustained mine shrapnel injuries and were transported to the Shwebo Township hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
Similary, at 11:30 AM, according to the report that an explosion occurred in Kyotadar Village of Ye Township, Mon State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that Ko Min Chan Mon, 24 years old, (Father) U Win Myint, who lives in Kawtswal Ward in Matkanin Village of Lamine Town, was picking vegetables in his rubber farm near the scene, when he stepped on a mine planted by an armed insurgent group and a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number - under scrutiny) which exploded. As a result of the explosion, Ko Min Chan Mon sustained mine shrapnel injuries and was transported to the Mawlamyine Township Public hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security forces are investigating the perpetrators of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents in order to be able to take effective action in accordance with laws.
