     The KNU members who support terrorism, along with so-called PDF terrorists, detonated explosives to destroy a concrete bridge in Phyu Township, Bago Region, it is reported.
     The incident occurred that, on 16 April, 2024 at 1:00 AM, when KNU members who support terrorism, along with so-called PDF terrorists, detonated explosives on bridge No. (2/10). This bridge, located between mileposts 9/7 and 10/0 on the Phyu-Oakphayt-Mone Road between Layaeisu Village and Latpankhon Village in Phyu Township, Bago Region. As a result, 40 feet in length and five feet in width collapsed by explosion, making it impossible for vehicles to pass through, it is reported.
     Responsible officials are now repairing the damaged bridge and security personnel members are continue taking necessary measures to take punitive legal actions against the terrorists who blew up the bridge as soonest in accordance with law and to maintain stability and peace in the region, it is reported.
