Three innocent civilians sustained injuries from bomb shrapnel due to the reckless drop bombs attack using a drone carried out by so-called PDF terrorists towards wards where innocent civilians reside in Myaung Township of Sagaing Region.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 13 August at 05:20 AM, a so-called PDF terrorist group (total number-under scrutiny) attacked with improvised mortars, small arms and drop bombs using a drone towards Wards where innocent civilians reside in Myaung Township, Sagaing Region. One of the drop bombs fell and exploded on the roof of the house of U Aung Ngwe, 59 years old (Father) U Kyaw Gyi, who lives in Myothit Ward. As a result of the explosion, U Aung Ngwe, his wife Daw Pauk, 58 years old (Father) U Phe, and his daughter Ma Ei Ei Aung, 25 years old, who all were present in the house during the attack, sustained bomb shrapnel injuries and were transported to the Myaung Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
Security personnel are investigating the incident to take punitive action against terrorists responsible for causing injuries to innocent civilians, as soonest in accordance with the law and to maintain stability and peace in the region, it is reported.
A male and two females were injured by a drop bomb explosion in Myaung Township.
