Three innocent civilians were injured when collaborative group invloved KNU members who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists to carry out a drone attack, dropping a bomb onto Kangyikhin Village in Phyu Township

     In regions and states, insurgent groups supporting terrorism and so-called PDF terrorist groups have been carrying out terrorist acts against non-military targets. These acts include detonating public roads and bridges, dropping bombs, firing heavy arms, using improvised mortars, and setting fire to residential houses in areas where innocent civilians reside, such as wards and villages.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 30 November at 03:30 PM, a report stated that two males and a female, suffering from bomb shrapnel injuries, had arrived at the Phyu Township Public Hospital in Bago Region. Security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital and conducted an inspection. During the inspection, it was found that U Hla Seint (66 years old), his wife Daw San Htay (63 years old) and their son Ko Yan Aung (36 years old) had sustained injuries form bomb shrapnel. All individuals were residents of Kangyikhin Village in Phyu Township. The incident was verified that, around 02:30 PM on the same day, while they were inside their house, a collaborative group consisting KNU members who support terrorism and so-called PDF terrorists carried out a drone attack, dropping a bomb that exploded within a house yard compound near their house. This resulted in their aforementioned injuries, it is reported.
     Security personnel are investigating the incident to take punitive action against terrorists who attacked with a drop bomb using a drone, causing innocent civilians to sustain injuries, as soonest in accordance with the law and to maintain stability and peace in the region, it is reported.
